• Since 1987, Wendy Kay Foldes has called the Sun Coast home. Now in her 25th year of her career, Wendy has been successful in serving her clients to achieve their dreams. She has earned the number one agent distinction four times and was named a 5 Star REALTOR in 2007 and again in 2011.
A small business person at heart, Wendy has found her niche at Wagner Realty. She lives in downtown Sarasota and specializes in the downtown area and the islands. Wendy can assist you with the sale or purchase of your property, whether in Manatee or Sarasota County.
Her travels abroad have enhanced her ability to understand and better serve her international clientele.
• Steve Goldman is truly a Renaissance Man. A recently retired college professor, he is also an award winning builder, and developer. The Polk County Builders Association Home of The Year award is one of his proudest achievements.
Steve has held his real estate broker’s license for over 25 years and wrote a syndicated newspaper column about building and real estate issues. Steve’s knowledge and experience in construction and his certifications in computer technology add to his ability to serve his clients well.
Steve lives in Bradenton with his wife, Susan, and looks forward to this next chapter of his life as a most welcome addition to Wagner Realty and TEAM FOLDES.
